   OpenDiHu is actively developed and maintained on `GitHub <https://github.com/opendihu/opendihu>`_.

   It was originally hosted in a different GitHub repository linked to the personal account of Benjamin Maier, the founder and main developer of OpenDiHu. 
   The `original GitHub repo <https://github.com/maierbn/opendihu>`_  is archived. Please refer to the original repository for OpenDiHu versions 1.0, 1.1, 1.2, 1.3 and 1.4. The documentation for OpenDiHu version 1.4 is accessible `online <https://maierbn.github.io/opendihu/>`_ .   

This documentation contains three parts: An :ref:`introduction <introduction>` including :ref:`installation <installation>` instructions, the :ref:`user documentation of all Python settings <python_settings>` and :ref:`information for developers <developer_information>`.
